• Business Sponsor
• Overall Project Manager*
• Detail business requirements/application specifications and detail system test plan*
• Access to necessary software/platforms/environments from remote location
• Access to client application development technical standards and utilities
• Business and technical subject matter experts available to answer questions necessary for the timely completion/review/approval of items essential to the progress of the project

DBDS Provides:

• Technical Project Leader to interface with Business Sponsor, client technology staff and end users. This resource also coordinates development, testing and implementation activities
• Offsite development at our local facility
• Low cost, high quality, business solutions delivered on time
• Technically skilled staff to develop application and perform client defined system test plan
• Application developed to client standards using client utilities where appropriate
