The DBDS Unique Six Step Hiring Process
Step I: Each candidate meets with a technical recruiter to determine his/her experience and skill sets and to
match that background to our current employment needs.
Step II: Each candidate then interviews with a senior member of our technical staff to assess skill set levels and
expertise in more detail.
Step III: The DBDS account manager assigned to a specific client company talks with a candidate about a specific
position to help ensure the proper fit and compatibility for both parties.
Step IV: We perform a thorough reference check on each candidate, requiring a minimum of three current professional
references, with at least one of them from a previous manager.
Step V: We set up the interview and give each candidate as much background information on the prospective employer as
possible.
Step VI: We follow up after the interview with the candidate and the prospective employer and stay involved until a
final employment package has been negotiated.
